Premises not to US standards

The A/C was horrible and the room felt hot most of the night. We could not sleep very well. The staff was not very friendly. The town is pretty and walkable with beautiful gardening next to the river. The only positive aspect is that parking was included and we could easily drive to downtown Vienna in 30 minutes.

Modern hotel in the heart of the city

What a delight to find this hotel. We were on a week long bike trip and staying in small but wonderful hotels. However no air conditioning for the most part. This is a modern, city hotel with all the amenities one could want including robes, mints and a lounge bar which we enjoyed. It's a 2 min. walk from the river or the main pedestrian city center with all the restaurants. Hotel itself is great - good beds, a/c, tv (our room had 3!), clean and modern with great art. The funky bathroom situation was not awful - while the bathtub is only separated from the bedroom with a glass wall, the toilet is in a separate room, the vanities were behind a wall as was the separate shower. So there is privacy except if you want a bath. There was plenty of parking and they had a separate locked space for our bikes.

Overall great hotel. The only problem is the lack of room service or restaurant. Fortunately there is plenty of restaurant arround. Good for holidays, less for business.
