This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this location but this visit was the least pleasant. I unfortunately had a loud guest in the room above me. The reason for giving the 3 star rating was the parking lot hot not ben plowed. It snowed the day before we arrived. That created ice all over the parking lot and the lack of places to park. Every other parking lot around the hotel was plowed. It is clear that management decided to wait for the snow to melt. Not what I expected of an IHG property.

Thursday night stay was amazing. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Staff is SO wonderful and friendly. Friday night was loud, apparently there was a family with small children who were very loud, doors slamming and banging on wall and crying/yelling. As I was there for work, very long hours, needless to say I did not sleep well 2nd night. Next time I will ask for room on top floor end of hall which is what I typically do, but had never stayed here before. I would definitely stay again, but would speak up next time if it happens again.

Favorite hotel so far

These are the most comfortable beds I think I've ever experienced at a hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms and lobby were clean and smelled nice. I'll definitely stay here again when I need a hotel in this area.

The first thing i noticed walking into the room was how clean it smelled. The rooms are a little smaller than average but they are nice. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Overall nice hotel for the price.

The staff at this location were amazing! They were helpful and pleasant. The facility was incredibly clean and in good condition. We wish the rooms were a little bigger as we have two children and the rooms are quite small. That isn’t a bad thing but it does make a lengthy stay with older children (9 & 10 yr old) a little less comfortable. We would stay at this location again if the need arose though as everything was pleasant.
