Welcome to Sandusky Nights! This newly renovated home is located centrally in the heart of historic Tulsa Midtown. This beautiful 1700 square foot house encompasses the feel of Tulsa’s suburb boom town years while having all of the modern updates and comforts that a traveler comes to expect. The house is located on a corner lot of a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in which its very common to see neighbors enjoying a daily walk or jog. 2 King beds, 1 fold-out full size, 1 Queen Air bed. One thing you will notice when you walk through the house is that it just seems to go on forever. The main living room is cozy and comfortable and includes a large 65” Smart TV. There are 2 full bedrooms, each come equipped with a luscious king size bed and 50” Smart TV, and one of the bedrooms has a small ½ bath. The 2nd living room includes a sofa that flattens out to a full size bed, and a 50” Smart TV is also included in this room. We’ve included a mattress topper and full size bed sheet sets for added comfort. For extra sleeping space, we’ve included a very comfortable queen size air mattress and matching sheet sets. The laundry room includes a brand new washer & dryer with complimentary laundry soap and fabric sheets. The beautifully remodeled kitchen is stocked with all the dinner ware and utensils that you will need. We’ve included some complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for the K-Cup Coffee maker. Feel free to enjoy a beautiful Tulsa day out on the patio area with seating for 4.
Lets talk more about the location. Walk out the front door and turn left and you quickly see that you are within walking distance to the Expo. Not going to the expo? No problem. The great thing about this location is that is just mere minutes from all the best that Tulsa has to offer including Cherry Street, Brookside, Downtown Tulsa, and the award-winning Gathering Place. Great Stay!
This was a great rental. It was spacious, nicely decorated, fully equipped, and very clean. The description and photos were very accurate. The location was an excellent base for all our sightseeing. The host was exceptional in responding within minutes and checked a few times to make sure everything was going well. I can think of nothing negative at all. It was a pleasure staying here! I would highly recommend this rental.

Cute home in a great area
This house was perfect for our family of three while we were in town for a swim meet. Great proximity to jump on the highway & get to where we needed to be. Cute & quiet neighborhood. Needed to contact Blake for a few check-in issues, he was super quick to respond & took care of the issue immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This property is exactly like it is pictured. It was easy to get to and very convenient for the expo center across the street. It was very clean and set up for myself and kids. Lot of communication and kept well informed from the property owner. I would definitely stay here again.

great stay in Tulsa
Everything was as described in the listing. VERY clean. We were really only there for sleeping/showering as we were in town for a family gathering. The water pressure was perfect and the house was quiet. Can't ask for more than that! I had one question I sent to the host through the VRBO "contact host" system that did not get answered. It was no big deal at all (if it was I would have tried again) and I think that was VRBO's issue, not his.

Great location if you are at the fairgrounds, walkable! The house is clean and comfortable. The appliances are all newer and all the systems worked well. The owner is very responsive to questions! The neighborhood is quiet. I enjoyed my stay!
