Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The smell of detergent on the pillows and blankets very strong, hard to breathe in. The fridge was noisy and had no freezer. The shower head pressure mode hurt on the skin. I had to look for my car even though I paid a valet parking.

The front desk staff was outstanding and offered to help in anyway I needed. Also, one of the days that housekeeping came, they organized my bathroom that looked better than my bathroom at home! Very impressed. The hotel was quiet and very central to what I needed to do while I was visiting Tulsa

First the staff was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and warm. Lastly, the shower’s water pressure was hot, strong and full. Definitely worth another booking as vacation hotel.

I found room service to be poor at best. I had to go down to reception and request coffee/ milk and cups daily. They didn’t seem to see that as I problem. Also dirty glasses used for water were simply put back instead of being replaced with clean ones. This impacted my overalls rating. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay

The bed was very uncomfortable and caused my husband back pain. We explained to front desk staff and checked out two days early over Thanksgiving. No refund because we booked with hotels.com. Also when we checked in the promised cookies were not available.
