Disliked having to have card reentered to get to elevators while holding hot delivered food..why not have all cards good togo as long as visitor is compliant....please put directions on shower faucet it could turn scalding within seconds, not the time you want to be adjusting the temperature...ice machine out of order on 2 floor.. Ms Amber front end manager went up and beyond to help with room changes initiated by Ms Natalie..they both were exlemperry employees and acknowledging them is mandatory,,too often people complain and write but this staff corrected every single situation presented... BRAVO

Upon arrival we asked for a quiet room but we were given a room next to a service elevator. That was probably worse than the regular elevator. Also we were not given our breakfast coupons when we arrived so we had to ask for them at the front desk after being sent away from breakfast. While there was an offer to change rooms it came too late since we had evening plans.

As a Hilton Honors member I felt I was treated very well. The hotel is in an excellent location in South Tulsa. Lots of things to do and places to eat. Not just a place for people seeking medical care at the nearby medical center. Hotel was recently renovated and was very nice. I appreciated valet parking and breakfast buffet-- one of the best I've seen. First class and unnoticed but very present security.

The property is under renovation. Hopefully the rooms will also be updated as they are a little out of date. Our room was spacious but unfortunately very noisy as it was close to the hospital (sirens and helicopters all night). Next time will ask for a room overlooking the back gardens.

I stayed there for a tennis tournament that was located VERY close to the property, and was therefore VERY convenient. I did NOT like that my room was a mile walk from the elevator and that the ice machine on my floor did not work, so I had to walk a mile to get to the elevator, ride the elevator to a different floor, then walk a mile back to my room. I also did NOT like that coffee is not provided "self-serve" for free, because there is a Starbuck's in the lobby. Instead I had to pay $5 for a simple Americano that I "doctored" myself because I prefer to do that myself. Staying at smaller properties with self-serve "amenities" is so much more convenient.

I have stayed at this property before and I was very satisfied with this facility. NOT THIS TIME. The hotel is usually, the official hotel of the USTA (US tennis assoc.), and the hotel provide free breakfast and parking. This time they did not provided anything. We have to pay &15 at night for parking, but the parking are had a barrier that worked correctly on Lu a few times. I did not have a good cleaning in my room, the bottles of conditioner were empty. I am also a member of the Hilton honors and that did not get me a free breakfast ( they reply you are “just a member) needless to say I will not stay there again or use my , very ordinary membership again!
