My main complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. There was a layer of dust 3 inches thick on the top of the curtains.....very visible to the naked eye. I feel that's a relection on the management because I can't imagine being a manger over housekeeping and not having a huge issue with that!! It gives the impression the rooms are not checked after cleaning.....ever. This amount of accumulation means that no one has looked over the room in quite some time....months! Other than that my only other issue would be the comfort of the beds.....they were horrible. I have back issues and on the second morning I woke up in tears the bed hurt me so bad. The beds are in dire need of updating/replacing. The staff was wonderful though. Breakfast was good and the indoor pool kept my youngest daughter thoroughly entertained!! If they ever get new beds I would most likely stay again.

Nice stay, convenient location
Pros:The hotel was clean and quiet
Cons:Room was in used condition; ie: bad scuff marks on wall, wear on bathroom vanity. these conditions were minor and did not effect our stay.
Location:Central location
Stayed three nights, two adults two kids. Hotel was quiet though full. Hotel was clean.

Great stay
Pros:Free breakfast, Close restaurants
I would certainly go back to this hotel, everything was wonderful, especially the location since it is near lots of fun restaurants and activities.

This hotel needs some maintainance
We stayed at the hotel for three days.
The shelving in our shower was broken. Our refrigerator did not work, we asked them to repair the refrigerator three times but they never fixed it, we had to throw away all our perishables. The elevators are dangerous, the door sensor that stops the door from closing when someone is in the doorway is placed very high and if you are not six feet tall the doors will close on you, the doors hit my elderly mother because she did not move fast enough getting in the elevator.
The business center was used by several kids surfing the internet and we were unable to use the business center for legitimate business.
There is a bar located in the same parking lot, if you like to party this is the place to be, if you don't like to party and don't want several kids running around the parking lot, drinking and racing their cars stay somewhere else.
On a positive note the staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
When my wife and I visit Tulsa again we will stay somewhere else.

Best Around!
Great Location, not near downtown where alot of crime goes on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome had eggs and biscits and gravy. Also theres alot of new shops going up by there and by a new event center which made it easy for us to walk back to the hotel.
