The location was great and close to the casino where i was attending a concert. Took the free hotel shuttle to the casino so that was nice. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I did have problems in my particular room with the heating not working so i slept very cold. Also the breakfast buffet was not very good. I did address the heating problem with the staff so they could check it out before the next person's stay.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, but you would never know it - our room was very clean, and there was no noise from the renovations being made. Breakfast is one of the very best offered in the area. Safe place to stay.

Clean room, great A/C, and plenty of room. We got a room on the first floor, which was convenient, but I do think there was more noise heard throughout the night. If you can request a room not on the first floor, I would. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Plenty of options including eggs and protein along with cereal, waffles, and pastries. No smells or bugs that we saw. Didn’t deal with staff much but the two folks we did interact with were very polite and easy to deal with. Do with the fireplace in the lobby was going. We stayed on Christmas Eve so I wanted the ambiance. It was about 75° outside though.

Breakfast had a huge variety. Staff was very friendly. Tucked away behind shopping and restaurants, was nice to be able to walk over to IHOP for dinner, other dining options within walking distance too
