This hotel is quite literally a throwback to an era of 30's, 40's or 50's. I am no expert on USA period Hotels but it's definitely not from the 2000 onwards, It's quiant ... However from whT ever era it is, EVERY HOTEL, must meet the basic standard of cleanliness and the Campbell failed in this area badly. The Previous Guest in our room had a least on ewomen with Long Brown hair , and she left without quite a few strands. Not her fault but the tardiness of the cleaner. This was not only the issue many more cleanliness issues aswell from dirty floors to dirty toilets. It's not a cheap Budget Inn type hotel, so paying this much should get a better place to stay.

The air conditioning didn’t work and the toilet tank equipment was hit and miss for water in the tank. There were also some issues with the pillow coverings on the bed that could’ve used some cleaning. We like the hotel. It just seems like they need to spend a little time focusing on some maintenance issues. Definitely a great location and convenient to many things. We would stay there again, but would hope some of the issues we dealt with would be taken care of.

It was ok - nothing special. Not close to much. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. When you approach from the outside - it looks like an abandoned old city block. Entry is best from the back (no one tells you this).

Dont judge a book by its cover.

The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but once you get into the room, its very nice. The whole hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast though, leaves much to be desired, we were expecting a continental breakfast, but instead we got ottis spunkmire muffins and granola bars.

Beautiful day place to stay! The room we stayed in was a refreshing layout and amazing interior design. The entrance of the hotel takes you back in time while still offering all of today’s technologies. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Nice open parking lot behind the building for getting in and out. When we visited April 2025 there was construction on the street that would be a bit noisy at times but nothing to lose sleep over. Hotel is in a nice area of Tulsa that makes it easy to get around pretty much anywhere with highway access close by and close proximity to most of Tulsas activities. We loved the surprise of booking one quick night here and being met with beauty and style.

We stayed here after traveling to Stillwater for a concert and was very impressed! Beds and pillows were great, has an older feel to it. The ONLY thing we didn't like was water pressure in shower but everything else was great! Wish he had more time to explore. The road construction was bad but no fault to the hotel.

Average hotel in a historical neighborhood.

This is an old building with some outdated features. I could hear each word said in the adjacent room the walls are thin. Supposedly its a nonsmoking hotel, but some customers were smoking. Historic route 66 has some interesting (read good) features but if one is put off by vape shops and tattoo parlors then I would choose not to stay here.

The hotel is clean, but obviously old and kind of like a historic building. I didn't like the location of it, and I heard all the traffic and noise from the road and hallways because the doors do not go all the way to the floor. It was fine for one night, but I would not stay there again for the price I paid for it.
