Please note: There is currently construction going on inside the complex and the noise can be loud from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Space:
Located a few steps away from the main road and a short minute drive to the most coveted beaches, this relaxing home is a secluded oasis where you can put your mind at ease. You'll have comfortable and private amenities at your disposal, like a shared outdoor terrace with a swimming pool and lounge chairs, as well as a gym.
Guest Access:
There is free secure parking at the building, access to the property is through a keypad. Code will be provided 24 hours before arrival. We offer 24/7 customer support for all your needs.
The Neighborhood:
It is located at the entrance to the "La Veleta" subdivision, just two blocks from the federal highway that connects Tulum with the rest of the State of Quintana Roo. La Veleta is the area located in the downtown area of Tulum. It is an imminently residential area.
Getting Around:
The most common way to get around Tulum is by bicycle, car or taxi. This Lumina is located 5-10 mins ride to beach by car or taxi. We have free parking outside the building.
