We are located in the south of Tulum, a few blocks from downtown, close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, banks etc. and far enough away to be able to rest without noise.

Wonderful little 2 room apt in Tulum

Please keep an open perspective when coming to Mexico. Not everything is going to be to the same standards as in other places. But with that in mind, this is a wonderful 2bd2ba in Tulum. Clean, cute,safe. Everything works great. The laundry combo was emmensly valuable to me.. The pool is exceptional. The decor was really kitschy, but really cute. Kind of sea shanty adorable. I liked it. Reminded me of my beloved grandmothers house. I had a great stay. Thank you Manuel and Carlos. Oh, my one issue was the TV? I couldn't figure it out? But that may have been a language barrier. So I wound up reading a lot on the patio.. which was better anyway! And one more thing.. if you stay here, please try the cart tacos, tortas and quesadillas just down the street(on the left) Awesome!!

Lovely central apartment with beautiful poil

Manuel’s partner, Carlos, communicated very well with us, and met us at the apartment to show us around. The place was very well appointed, with lots of towels, dishes and supplies. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated throughout in a beach theme. One bedroom had twin beds and the other, a queen. The queen was less comfortable than the twin, though. Outside the apartment there is a beautiful pool, as nice as it was in the photo. You can easily do laps in it, and it is kept very clean. The grounds staff worked hard to keep the yard area very neat and clean, and with the locked gates, the place felt very secure. The location, about 2 blocks from Tulum Avenue, is excellent for walking to the shops and restaurants and there are several pharmacies and grocery stores nearby. You will need transportation to the beaches though, as it is a long walk. Our only minor complaint was that there were some inhabitants, likely other tourists, who were noisy late into the night, and sound really travels around those buildings. Otherwise, it’s a great place and good value for the money.
