This studio is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Explore the close Xcacel Beach, the famous Xel-Ha aqua-park, cenotes, jungle, and swim at the roof of the 12-m-high-building enjoying the precious view of selva. Take beautiful pictures of the sunset, or swim at night under stars. The both are great experiences!

This place offers only 2 studios for rent.

As a self-catering studio with the independent entrance, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hot plate, a blender, a coffee-maker and a microwave. However, you may prefer to have dinner at one of three restaurants of Chemuyil-town which is at a distance of 3 kms from the property.

The studio is a perfect place to relax and offers an internet wi-fi access.

This studio sleeps 4 (2 in a king-size bed and 2 in a double sofa-bed).

There is a bathroom, which has a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels and shampoo are all included.

There is a temazcal (the Mayan vapor bath) on the property, and the Mayan Temazcal Ceremony may be arranged for you for additional cost. The 18-crossed-streams-shower will be a nice modern complement of the ancient ceremony. You may enjoy a great massage session for additional cost also.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 1pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not recommended inside but it is allowed outside or on balcony.
- Free parking place is available at the property.
- Pets may be allowed at the property for additional cost (it depends on the kind of pet).

La cocina tiene el refrigerador, la parrilla de inducción magnética, microondas, licuadora, cafetera, vajilla, cubiertos y utensilios. Sin embargo Uds. pueden preferir comer en alguno de los tres restaurantes del poblado de Chemuyil que se ubica a 3 km de Yax Studios.

El estudio tiene capacidad para 4 personas (2 en una cama king-size y 2 en un sofá cama doble).
