When we were at the airport, my husband found out he lost his phone. We call hotel immediately and ask for help. I told them we sit at the lobby and the shuttle bus before we left to airport. Within 5 minutes , they found my husband’s phone. It was slipped on the lobby’s sofa seat. We really appreciate their service.

Had a great stay! We were able to store our luggage for a week when we travelled elsewhere. All staff (front desk and housekeeping) were friendly and helpful. As our departing flight was late at night, we appreciated the option to book an extra half day so we had a place to collect ourselves before a long-haul flight home. The shuttle bus to/from the airport and MTR station made a huge difference for us.
