The room was decent. There was pink mold in the shower. The staff that checked us in prior to midnight was amazing! We stayed on the second floor and the person above us was being incredibly loud and stomping and I called the desk and the staff member working seemed exasperated and said he’d go check. 2 hours later they were still up to their antics so I went downstairs around 2 am and the same staff member said he had called the cops but that there was nothing he could do since he was the only one there. I also let him know about a cigarette smell in the elevator and he said “maam I’m the only one here I don’t know what you want me to do”. We had the same staff member at checkout and he was very unpleasant.
