At super 7 is the worst motel i have ever stayed at the plumbing was messed up toilet wouldn't flush the tub wouldn't drain and tv stayed messing up the hole time we was there the lady at the front deck her name was Erica she was very nice and very helpful to us

HUGE NO FROM ME

got there and it took forever to actually get into a room. original rooms key card wouldn’t work so i got moved to another, a little annoying but not a huge deal. in the second room, the smell of stale cigarettes slapped me in the face as soon as i opened the door even though it was a non smoking room, also annoying but not a huge deal. after sitting stuff down and actually looking at the room it was DISGUSTING!!! hair and dirt on the floor, didn’t take long to see a bed bug crawling on the floor so i pulled the sheets off and pulled the mattress out. mattress was even more dirty than the floor, huge stains, mold, bed bugs. i went to the front desk guy, who was probably the only “good” thing about the place and showed him the pictures/videos of bed bugs to which he immediately said “oh no” then offered to move me to yet another room to which i declined and he then cancelled the charge on my credit card. i’m still waiting on hotels.com to void the pending charge on the card but i will definitely NEVER be back to this hotel.

While the property met my basic needs of safety, quiet and working air conditioner and shower, there were a few exposed safety hazards and the bed covers had cigarette burns in them (see pictures).

Go somewhere else

The rooms were dirty with visible dirt in many places and an awful cigarette smoke smell. The fridge was frozen shut and unusable and some of the lights didn’t work. The bathroom door handle was missing and the bedding was smelly and dirty. When I went to the front office to try and get another room I waited for 10 minutes and wasn’t able to talk to anyone.
