The village of Turckheim, located just 7km from Colmar, is famous not only for its rich historic center and the quality of its wines, but also for its nightfall every evening at 10 p.m., from May to October.

In the heart of the fortifications of the old town, you will stay in an apartment combining the charm of old Alsatian buildings with beams and a magnificent parquet floor, with modern comfort.

The Manala 2 apartment is on the second floor of an Alsatian residence. Access is via period wooden stairs (steep and crooked)

Duplex Manala 2 is composed on the main level:

An open living space with a lounge/TV area, a dining area to share a good meal, and an equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine),

A bedroom with a double bed and a storage cabinet.

A bathroom with a shower, a basin and a toilet,

A covered balcony.

Upstairs is:

An office space,

A bedroom with a double bed.



The whole apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

Are you coming with family or friends and need a second accommodation? The Manala 1 apartment is on the same floor and can accommodate up to 2 people.



Turckheim has many parking spaces in the city center and on the outskirts of the heart of the city. The yard allowing access to garages and a house, please do not park there. You can stay there while you drop off your suitcases.



The Neighborhood:

To get to your accommodation, you will have to go through the main city gate (Porte de France). This gate tower from 1315 is the oldest in the city. Trade passed through this door. This gate leads to Place Turenne, the town's main square.

Once you have passed the city gate, you can discover the heart of the city with its Corps de Garde in particular. Built around 1580, this beautiful sandstone and coated building had a dual purpose: guild stove (association) and warehouse. The bell was used to call the townspeople to the assembly. The building now houses the tourist office. In front, a beautiful 18th century fountain surmounted by a Virgin and Child.

In the street of your accommodation, rue du Conseil, are some of the most beautiful buildings in the city, such as the Auberge aux Deux Clefs dating from 1620 in sandstone and half-timbering, was reserved for distinguished guests of the city Very beautiful carved wooden oriel window or the Town Hall, a Renaissance gabled building from the end of the 16th century. The ground floor once housed a cellar and a wine press.



House rules:

This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



Animals are strictly forbidden.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
