Great Hotel, my only complaint is the Grab and go breakfast was disappointing. Granola bar and juice, not my kind of breakfast. Muffins, pastries or something.

TBH Tris property only offers you a bed because absolutely nothing works. The hotel should be closed during renovations. My TV didn’t work at all and the AC didn’t cool or warm the room. The rooms are outdated and if I weren’t exhausted I would have gone to another property. I hated every second.

The property was great. Check in was smooth and nice. Getting to our room was good. The problem was when we got back to our room later that evening and saw such a tiny pull out we were taken back quite a bit. My son is 6'2 and his new bride is 5'11 and the thought of them fitting on this was awful-awful embarrassing as we wanted to include them in this trip with us. I went to the front desk, and long story short, we asked for a roll away, and were told to wait in our room and it will be brought to us. 30 min later no show. Again went to the front desk and she said oh sorry there weren't any available. I wonder how long we would've have waited for that bed :( We are not a complaining family, but your website said full size pull in the suite with the king bed. This was no full size pull out :(
