Beds are horrible they’re to hard and we couldn't sleep all night long. The manager gave us other room but it had the same kind of mattresses. I’m sorry but that was our experience.

El personal es poco amable, les urge capacitarse en servicio al cliente . El baño estaba muy sucio y la habitación no estaba sanitizada, de hecho había una liga de cabello en la llave de la regadera, el aire acondicionado goteaba sobre mi cara al dormir , las instalaciones están viejas y obsoletas , además de sucias . En verdad fue una experiencia deprimente quedarme en este hotel .

muy amable el personal de recepción, todo bien, es un hotel sencillo pero estaba limpio y su relacion precio y calidad valió la pena, nos consiguieron un tour a cañon del sumidero con visita a chiapa de corzo y al final nos dejaron en nuetro hotel en sancritobal por muy buen precio.

El bano fue caliente siempre. Habitacion esta bien. Buen aire condicionario. Estacionamiento es solo un driveway muy delgadito. Teni un ataque de corazon estacionar el auto de renta.
