After a booking problem on Expedia the room was sorted and it was a great room well Designed, Clean & Tidy with big balcony so sit back & relax. Its so worth getting the bigger room suites (60m2) as they just make it more a holiday than being cramped in a hotel size (20m2) room. The only reason for not 5 stars is the they need to keep the maintenance up as some things around the resort just not looking or working good. Yes I'm a tuff judge but if they want us again & again they will need to start lifting that aspect now.

The resort is conveniently located and in a quiet area. Our room was spacious, and having a kitchen and laundry during our two week stay was a necessity we would have struggled to do without. Free undercover parking was also a plus. The resort is not like a hotel, unless you have paid for a more expensive room, room service is only provided once per week. When supplies are needed, these are to be obtained from reception, which is almost always a very long wait and so we ended up just buying things like toilet paper, detergent etc. The rooms are okay, quite nice but a little dated. They are quite clean in general, but the cleaning is not detailed. The cupboards smell musty/mouldy and haven’t been cleaned, there is a layer of dust inside. All the kitchenware smells like the cupboards. It looked as though mould was starting to appear on the bathroom ceiling. The pool area is lovely, but unfortunately often occupied by screaming, splashing children. The nearby beach is beautiful, but quite rough - better for walks than swims. We often drove to Coolangatta beach about 20min away. We really enjoyed our time on the whole, but would probably look at staying somewhere different next time.

Very disappointed with our room - the aircon, window coverings and furnishings were covered in mould. We have reported this and are still awaiting a reply from the hotel itself. Would not recommend this hotel to others.

We found the room to be dirty and rundown, dust on shelves and and tables, previous guest’s food still left the the cupboards and a lot of things run down, taps leaked blinds broken. The pool was lovely but again unclean, took the kids to swim after 9am and there was beer cans floating in the pool.

The idea of the property is great. It has a lot of features available that are great, HOWEVER my partner and I entered the private plunge pool access room to find rubbish in one of the closets, a cockroach in the shower a brown dirt patch on the ottoman near the lounge, mould on the blinds from the door outside. Very disappointed in the care and cleanliness of the room.

There were renovations at the time we visited, I didn’t know there would be no bar (well a makeshift that couldn’t make a cocktail) and no dining facility. There were venues not far from the resort so it wasn’t hard to find food. Reception staff was lovely But extremely busy so that wait to was lengthy

Room was very small, no where to put 2 suitcases. Rooms could do with renovating, bathroom is tired, shower head very basic and tiles are a bit mouldy. Peppers are usually better quality rooms so was disappointing. The location is lovely in Salt Beach, the on-site restaurant doesn’t open every night but there are other restaurants across the road.
