Booked online, arrived late after being in the rain working. Noticed sign on the door closes at 7pm. We arrived at approx 7.15pm. To be greeted with in a derogatory tone. "I tried to get hold of you you were one number short, had to inform wotif to contact you". Said we have been working hard, to her reply "Well so have we" Great customer service NOT. Quite frankly not interested in how your day had been just wanted accommodation. Not impressed
