Large laundry facilities (including a clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine + Tumble Dryer) are downstairs near the secure garage (an oversized 2 1/2 car garage with enough room for your jet ski or stand up paddle boards).Bicycles available for your use and we suggest you bring scate boards/ scooters etc to enjoy the ride along the beachfront to Kingscliff or Cabarita.

Kitchen has an oversized island bench with 4 chairs and is perfect for large families or when preparing meals. Eating areas in addition to island bench is an 8 person dining table and 6 person outdoor table setting on the deck.
The upstairs master bedroom with ensuite has sliding door access to the deck and is a beautiful place to see the sunrise. At the other end of the home are 3 bedrooms, a full sized bathroom (bath tub and double vanity) as well as a play room for children or additional sitting area. This area has a double sized sofa bed that can closed off as a bedroom with plantation shutter bi fold doors.

While the 3.5km coastline of Casuarina Beach itself offers green areas and parks, Kingscliff Village is only a few minutes down the road with many trendy restaurants, cafes and retail therapy.
500metres to the north is the patrolled beach and resorts at Salt Village, while 500metres to the south is the patrolled beach, restaurant and sporting facilities at Casuarina Beach.
World Heritage listed Parks, Mt Warning, Tweed River and the beautiful Caldera are the backdrop of this beautiful environment.
