Great location - unit is a letdown

great location, however the unit itself is a big letdown. Given the price we paid (easter surge pricing), the unit was far below expectations. Where to start... In no particular order, here is the things wrong with the unit: The TV sparked when turned on and was subsequently dead for our stay (which happened half way through). The remote controls for the fans all had flat batteries.. the toilet leaked from the back somewhere. The outdoor furniture was all haggard and needed some TLC. The unit itself is very small and "pokey". Even though it is three bedrooms, it is not fit for more than a small family. There is very little privacy in the unit.. guests above you and some in the small unit next door, which has windows opening into their patio. Don't try to have a private conversation!
