We are happy with our stays at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. They are consistent with their good customer service and clean rooms and facilities. I did report to the desk that our settee/sofa was stained, making it too gross to sit on. I'm sure they will clean it up. Also, can Holiday Inn offer real cream to serve with coffee instead of Coffee Mate that is full of corn syrup, hydrogenated vegetable oil, and artificial flavors? Thank you.

The continental breakfast was so much better than expected! Happily surprised! Very clean & comfortable rooms. Friendly staff greeted us in the spacious lobby with freash cookies. A great stay for a quick overnight stop.
