Pretty good stay. Pool and hot tub open 24 hrs but when my daughter and I went to go for a swim at 7am, there were dirty towels laying around on the chairs and no clean pool towels. I went to ask at the front desk for some pool towels and she said they didn’t have any and housekeeping wouldn’t be in until noon. Seems weird that they wouldn’t have any extra towels. We ended up going back to our room to grab two of the three towels we were given for the room and had to use those for our shower back in our room after as well. The alarm clock in the room also went off at 6:00 am. Everything else was good. I would just recommend they purchase some more towels for guests.

My reservation was made, but Hotels.com.com was in the middle of a software update, so it wasn't in the system and Tiff at the front desk, got us in our room quickly!! She said it will be in the system in the morning. Appreciate you Tiff!!

We stayed 2 nights and from the time we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised by how well kept the hotel was. The rooms were spacious and cozy, the staff were fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. The location is fantastic too. Highly recommend!!
