Not as advertised

The photos of the property were apparently staged with rented furnishings. The actual furniture was shabby, the bathroom floor dirty, the carpets dirty, the lights had no ceiling fixtures. As a “bach” for a lower price and with honest representation it would have been acceptable, but as a rental for top dollar and misrepresented it was disappointing. We never looked forward to returning to the cottage after a day of exploring the beautiful area. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the area restaurants were good. Renter beware.

Great sunny location with plenty of wood to keep us all warm.

A comfortable simple house with plenty of space inside and out. Lovely warm fire and sunny backyard. The water pressure was not so great in shower but overall we enjoyed our stay.
