Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King-size bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin-size beds. This property is handicap-friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has two assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly, for 1 dog, with an additional fee.

About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping.

The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie's on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee's events and fireworks shows on July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year's Eve.

NOTE: Larger SUV's may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
