Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse - short walk to beach

Tybee Island is our little slice of heaven and we want to share it with you. You're a short walk, fun bike ride, or golf cart ride away from having your toes in the sand. Close to local restaurant gems and 30 minutes from historic downtown Savannah!

Two story raised townhouse. The master bedroom is located on the first floor adjacent to a full bath. French doors lead you directly from the bedroom to a screened in porch. Our gallery kitchen is the perfect place to whip up a scrumptious meal of local seafood and fresh veggies purchased just down the road at the Tybee Market IGA. Relax after a day at the beach with some Netflix or Hulu on the 60in smart TV. A washer/dryer combo and half bath are also located on the first floor.
Upstairs are two guest bedrooms and a full bath.
For the comfort of our guests there are two HVAC units, one for each floor.

Great house

We will definitely book this house again on our next visit to Tybee Island. The house was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. Located on the north end of the island made it much quieter and it wasn't too far away from the beach.

Excellent place to stay!

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay for our trip to Tybee. The host literally has everything you could need in the house. Great location, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book again on our next trip back to Tybee.

The property was "like new" on the inside and located near the Lighthouse and away from the crowded south end. Easy travel to and from Savannah and points of interest.

Hidden location to get away from it all

Everything about this property is super easy! Check in was fast and easy, getting in and out of the unit was super easy, we LOVED the covered parking, especially during the scattered storms that were around during our stay. The only thing not easy is finding the turn in to the area off Butler Ave. That means it's nice and secluded. Once you know where it is it's easy to find. We loved how close to the north end of the island this property is. The only negative might be the gravel road with the pot holes you have to drive over to get to the unit but that is outside of the owners control as they are city owned streets. Just don't bring your fancy sports car to this property and you will be fine. Overall I give this property a rating of A+++ :-)

Exceeded our expectations

We found the property to be very clean everything was like new must have been remodeled recently. The workmanship in the remodeling was excellent. The place was decorated very elegantly. This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Had everything we needed. Could have used a barbecue grill that’s OK there are plenty of fine restaurants nearby

Great host and property

Maria made everything seamless from booking, questions prior to arrival, check in and check out. She also provided some information on local places to check out that may not show up on tourist searches. The rental was clean and the linens and pillows were great as well as other accommodations. We would book this property again for a future visit without hesitation.

Great Experience

First time trip to Tybee Island. What a fantastic property and a great experience. A very short walk to Tybee Lighthouse and to the beach. Great proximity to essential needs, while tucked away. We really enjoyed the quiet and private nature while having very close and immediate access to the sites.
