Welcome to Gardens at 704, a tranquil resort-style condo located within the highly sought-after Beachside Colony Resort on Tybee Island's Mid-Island stretch. This inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat combines modern coastal comfort with full access to resort amenities, including multiple swimming pools, an on-site oceanfront restaurant, and beautifully maintained tropical grounds just steps from the beach. Perfectly positioned along Butler Avenue, Gardens at 704 offers one of Tybee Island's most convenient and walkable locations. Guests can enjoy a short stroll to Memorial Park, nearby beach access points, and local restaurants and shops, while also having the peace and privacy of a gated resort community.

Inside, the condo features a bright open-concept layout designed for comfort and connection. The living area includes plush seating, a Smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa, creating flexible space for additional guests. Large windows bring in natural light throughout the day, while the fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space, modern appliances, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. A dedicated dining area with seating for six provides a welcoming space for shared meals and conversation.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, Gardens at 704 features three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home offers three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms designed to provide comfort, privacy, and a relaxing coastal atmosphere. The primary suite features a King bed, serene garden views, and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone jetted tub and walk-in shower, creating a spa-like retreat after a day on the island. The second and third bedrooms each feature a Queen bed and are connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering convenient access from both bedrooms.

Outdoor living is a standout feature of this resort-style home. Guests can enjoy a private garden terrace surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. As part of Beachside Colony Resort, guests also have access to two large swimming pools, a hot tub, and the on-site oceanfront restaurant and bar, offering a true vacation experience without leaving the home.

The place was 100% accurate of description provided. It is a beautiful place on the beach and in great location to anything you need. Communication with property manager and maintenance was great! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tybee!

Great location. It’s on the quieter side of the island, but still within walking distance to many restaurants. The restaurant onsite was also extremely convenient. Private hot tub was a nice feature. Check-in process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect condo for a family trip. We had a toddler and 2 infants and everything went so smoothly. It is close the beach, pools were easily accessible and clean, and we all had a great time. Highly recommend this place for your vaca!

We were impressed by the size of the condo.. the raised ceilings made it feel extra spacious. The hot tub was the best part for the kids. The beach chairs/toys/etc were a pleasant surprise as they were not mentioned in the listing. Very close to beach. Would stay again.

Girls Weekend Get-Away!

We had a great stay and we were very well taken care of by the property management company. Communication was great when we needed it and we had one instance where one thing was wrong and they showed up at the door within in minutes to fix it! That meant a lot to us! The place was very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property

Everything was fantastic! Easy check in, plenty of covered parking, simple stroll to the beach, large pools and indoor/outdoor eating spaces on site. We used everything available to us in our condo, from the ice maker in the refrigerator to the hot tub on the patio. We loved it!

Nice Resort with Restaurant and bar by the pools. Think there could of been better directions but over all nice place. Very close to the beach. If you go further down toward Restaurants on the beach like Fannies on the beach awful no where to park! Best to stay where your at! The Resort is in a nice location. Had fun! 🙂
