HORRIFIED AND TRAUMATIZED

First someone knocked on the door around 1:30am. then woke up by the loud shouting and screaming right outside the door. it was horrible experience at one point thought someone would break in the doors. there was a loud screaming lady going back and forth next to my truck talking about I am smashing cars and breaking windows in this MF Sorry. IT was just a terrible terrible scary experience. the phone in room doesn't work so had to call the hotel front desk from my cell and then call the authorities but what surprise me even more no acknowledgement from the management or apologies.

The room itself is good for the price, bed is very comfy. It was mostly clean, the floor just needed to be swept. Night worker was super friendly. However, i picked this hotel over others because the website (the 12 oaks hotel website) says breakfast is served every morning. It is not. So i can't recommend it for that false advertising.

Start by saying the photogropher was very good who took the profile photo. The name is also misleading. This is by no means a hotel. It is a motel. Other than that they stay was quiet and comfortable. Very kind people and check in and out was smooth

I was able to book a room on the same date of stay. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the room, especially for an older hotel. The check in was easy and the desk clerk more than accommodating. For a hotel, I give it a 10/10.
