Thought the bathroom and room were needing renovation. The location is good if you need to be downtown or near the riverwalk. The hotel parking garage is very expensive but the hotel is attached to the convention center parking garage and they have plenty of spaces and allow overnight parking for a fraction of what you would pay at hotel.

Carpet in room very dirty. Staff not friendly. I requested a wake up call, staff said she got it but I didn’t receive the call. They change a fee for parking in their parking lot. No staff is in the front desk. Anyone can come in and go out with no problem. Other than that, hotel is in good area, seems safe, restaurants close by, and shops nearby.
Only at the entrance they have lights. The rest of the parking lot doesn’t have lights.
Carpet in the room it is very dirty.
The sofa also is very dirty.
This is the area that really needs to be cleaned.
