The Villa is located in the heart of Lika-Senj County in Croatia, surrounded by several national parks. Closest to us are the world-famous Plitvice Lakes National Park that are only a 40-minute drive to. At an hour's drive, we have the beautiful parks of North Velebit and Paklenica National Park. The crystal clear Adriatic Sea can be reached within a short 50 minutes of driving.

In the calm little place of Udbina we have found a place which provides the perfect peace and rest, and that is what we want to share. In the village there is a local cafe, shop, post office, butcher shop and church. Supermarkets and pharmacy can be reached in short 20-minute drive. At the edge of the village is where the Villa is located, truly in peace and tranquility, offering a magnificent view of Velebit mountain that will provide stunning sunsets.
The house has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds (can be separated) and en-suite bathrooms perfect for 6 people, and big sofa in the living room for extra two people. Indoor swimming pool with anti-current swimming and a Sauna. The kitchen is large and well equipped, there is also a living room, laundry room and a garage. The outdoor pool and sundeck can be used from spring to autumn, as long as the weather permits. However, in case of bad weather you always have a pool inside. This small town is the second sunniest town in Croatia, so you should not be afraid of bad weather in the summer season.
The Villa has WIFI in all rooms and TVs as well. Outside it is equipped with a barbecue, has bicycles, and table tennis. Inside there is AC and a fireplace to keep warm, as well as table football.
