Nichteinhaltung des Vertrages
Obwohl im Nutzungsvertrag stand, das die Endreinigung im Nutzungspreis inklusive ist, hat die Hausbetreuerin die Frechheit besessen, wegen 2 kleinen Brötchenkrümeln auf dem Boden (wir hatten trotz inkl. Endreinigung doch gereinigt), von der Kaution 40,00€ einzubehalten !!
