good vacation.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Staff tuned into why we hang towels per their water saving note.
Location: Visit Low Gap Park and Lake Mendocino for hiking and geocaching. See Schatt's Bakery. Eat at the Crush.
We took a 3 day trip and used this hotel as our base. Quiet location, friendly staff and not overcrowded. Good breakfast food and afternoon cookies.

Great Hotel, Complimentary breakfast not so good

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
I had an excellent stay at the Best Western Orchard Inn. The room was huge and gorgeous. Much better then I had expected for the price I paid. I would definitely pass on the complimentary breakfast. They did offer waffles and sausage however the waffles were under cooked. I was happy that I went to Safeway and got turnovers the night before. Also the breakfast area is very small, I chose to eat in my room. Overall for comfort and cleanliness of the room would definitely recommend this hote.

Nice place, good breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: limited parking but not an issue
The staff was pleasant and made me feel welcome. Very helpful with my needs. I will be staying there often. The room was very clean and nice decor. Made my long stays more comfortable.

Great resting stop on our road trip to San Francisco

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Nicely kept hotel, perfect resting place for our road trip to San Francisco. When we first arrived there was a problem with the A/C unit but after reporting the problem, it was quickly repaired and we were very happy! The complimentary breakfast was great and satisfying. Overall, a great experience.

suite not sweet

Your 2 room suit is not so sweet, The 2nd room is just an alcove with a "Barbie" sized sofa and a mini coffee table-nothing else. Don't waste your money on the sweet, If you are looking for a suite for some privacy both beds are in the same room. The room was clean, and the staff nice, but they did run out of food at the breakfast.

Clean, Comfortable and Friendly

Better than I expected; rooms were clean, beds were decent, fresh baked cookies upon check-in and hot waffles in the morning for breakfast =) The manager, was extremely helpful and willing to please. We will definitely go back the next time we're in Ukiah. They even had an exercise room, will try to use that next time. Overall, pleasantly pleased with my experience.
