We paid in advance. For some reason these people didn't believe we paid and hassled us to show proof. We sent proof with screenshots. 3 days later we had to fill out another form and we paid 50 euros cash for the local taxes. For very odd reasons they then took our passports, it was on a Friday, and when 15 minutes passed behind their closed door, we returned and asked for them back. He said they had to take them to the bureau of tourism and they would return them in the evening or next day. We were immediately suspicious for such an odd request, as it is illegal to hold anyone's passport for only a few minutes (just to make a photocopy). We demanded our passports back, suspecting criminal activity, and immediately left, 7 days early. We left the 50 euros to cover the 3 days we had stayed. Avoid staying here at all costs!!!

NON EXISTENT AND RUDE
Firstly I couldn't find this place - took me an hour and half with backpack climbing stairs and no one in the local area knew where it was and then when I finally found someone he said he didn't know where it was. I asked if he could help me call the place and he said no to start with - by this stage I was almost in tears and begged him to call the number. He did and it turned out it was his son and I was at the right place! His son told me they had double booked and did not have room for me. I asked if I could use their wifi to find somewhere else. I sat in a stairwell messaging hotels.com - I was messaging a guy for an HOUR who said someone was trying to find accommodation for me and got cut off - restarted a new chat and the girl refused to put me through to the guy I had been chatting with. After a few minutes we got cut off again. This is the 2nd booking with hotels.com where the hotel cancelled on me. AND I clearly am still being charged for this - the booking has not been cancelled. I have emailed hotels.com twice. Can someone please cancel the booking and refund me.I shouldn't even have to be asking for this. Thank you

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad de la familia que lo gestiona pero es un sitio muy difícil de localizar pese a que la ubicación es bastante céntrica.
