Versatility, style, space and location - a winning combination! This holiday home has been thoughtfully laid out to offer an ideal space for family or friend groups.
Enter downstairs via the foyer that houses a daybed, a lovely place to get away from it all, read a book or take an afternoon snooze. Walk through to the tastefully decorated rumpus room with a comfortable lounge, Apple TV and PS4, a kitchenette with a fridge, oven and the stairs that lead to the main living upstairs.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms: one King with built-in robes and overhead fan, and a Queen that leads through to the single. Both are well-presented, with a soft beachy palette. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity and hair dryer. Head out through the kitchen to the outdoor dining on a timber deck and expansive lawn with 8 seats around the warming fire pit. Come back from the beach, wash off under the outdoor shower and crack open a beer while you fire up the BBQ. There's external access to the laundry with a combined washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs is light and bright. Here the main kitchen is well-equipped, with everything you need to cook up a storm, and includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. The open-plan living area also has a dining suite for 6 and plenty of room on the comfortable lounge in front of the TV. The ocean views beckon from the balcony, accessed through sliding doors, that houses a further dining table and chairs for 4. The master King bedroom, with built-in robes, shares the ocean views through full-length windows. Another queen bedroom is also upstairs. These rooms both have ceiling fans and share the nicely appointed main bathroom that has a shower, basin and toilet.
With WiFI, heating and air conditioning in the main rooms and plenty of parking, this house has the comfort box well and truly ticked.
This beautifully renovated property sits on a quiet street within a short stroll to Racecourse Beach and only an 8 minute walk through Healthland Reserve to Rennies Beach. The area boasts many nature walks and coastal paths that provide scenic views. Whether you enjoy relaxing on the beach or embarking on more strenuous pastimes like golf, there's something for everyone in this area.
Nearby you'll find an array of restaurants, from the locally popular Southside to Mexican, Asian and pub food in Ulladulla, just over a kilometre away.
