Over priced worn out old hotel with friendly staff

Hotel was ok. Our room was down the steps on the ground level. Mildew smell in th hallway. Well not the worst thing but hey at $160 per night ? Staff was super nice. Breakfast very good. Beautiful view. Maybe I'm missing something but other than the beautiful view, touristy "apple cider walk" and strenuous hiking - Ulvik's kinda sleepy. Enjoyed our time in the Balestrand area so much better.
