You will stay in a 4-room terraced house that spans across two levels and covers an area of 160 square meters. The living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace for decorative purposes, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This area leads to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. Additionally, there is a shower room and a separate WC on the same level. On the lower ground floor, you will find another separate WC.

The upper floor comprises three bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The first bedroom has a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, and an attached bathroom with a corner bath, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom also features a French bed of the same size, while the third bedroom has two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. There is also a shower room and WC on this level. The property offers heating, which is available at an additional cost. Outside, you can enjoy a 20 square meter roofed terrace and an 8 square meter roofed terrace, complete with terrace furniture and a view of the sea.
