The location is ideal for those who do not wish to use the car during their vacation. The apartment is great for two people or small families with a small child. Free private parking is available in front of the house. The nearest beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The park with a grove in front of the house.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a dining table with three chairs, a two-burner electric hob, a refrigerator with a freezer area, a microwave oven, a kettle, coffee machine, plates, pots, and cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, hairdryer and external window. Two bath towels per person are provided. The small cozy living room offers a sofa bed for a child (80x150), a coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection and an air conditioner. From the living area access to the bedroom with a double bed (180x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly). At the entrance a small terrace.
