Are you tired of your daily routine and want to relax surrounded by greenery? The idea of Villa Anica is to offer you a holiday without interruptions. Thanks to the 1700m2 garden and private pool of 40m2 which is illuminated at night, we offer you a relaxing atmosphere. Anyone coming with small children can take advantage of the slide and play on the green lawn that is fenced. You can also park your car in the private fenced car park. Dolinci offers isolation and is located only 1km from the first beach and 5 km from the city center. Who wants to engage in outdoor activities can walk along the olive groves or go by bike to the city. The villa has a large outdoor fireplace where you can have lunch or dinner with family or friends. Nearby, only 100m from Villa Anica you can buy local fruits and vegetables and whoever wants can order milk from a local producer. For us, Villa Anica represents a unique relaxed style of vacation in a green oasis and near the sea.
