Villa Marietta is a comfortable two-story holiday house of 160 square meters, it has 3 bedrooms and three complete bathrooms, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults.
The house is located in the village of Valica just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by a spacious garden in the fenced property ideal for families with pets. The famous pebble beach Kanegra is easily reachable on foot (1800 m), near the cycling path La Parenzana for cycling lovers along which they can admire the wonders of western Istria. In a few minutes drive excellent restaurants offering excellent Istrian typical fish and meat menus, the city of Umag and the market.
The comfortable holiday home offers on the ground floor a large living room with satellite TV, two comfortable sofas, small tables and armchairs, exit to the terrace and garden, free Wi-Fi internet access, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, napa, 4 electric ceramic hobs, dining table with six seats, a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer and external window, two bath towels per person (weekly change), an internal wooden staircase from the lounge leads to the upper floor. Upstairs the anteroom with external window and mirror, the first double bedroom with window, wardrobe, mirror and bedside table, the second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined and exit to the balcony which is connected to the nearby bathroom, the wardrobe, mirror, bedside tables, external bathroom with tub, sink, bidet, hairdryer and exit to the balcony. The third bedroom with double bed and exit to the balcony has a private bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and external window. The bed linen and towels for the bathroom two per person provided (weekly change). From the lounge you exit on the large covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, in the garden the barbecue, the outdoor shower. Two parking spaces in front of the house in the courtyard to be parked safely.

The owners live about 200 m from the villa in a house with 5 apartments for rent. The house has a swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas, the customers of the villa can use the swimming pool of the main house with previous notice.
Upon arrival you will receive a pass to enter the village of Kanegra and use the resort's beach facilities for free.

* Guests are requested to handle with appliances with care.
* The deposit of 300 € to be delivered to the owner on arrival, and will be returned on departure if everything is in order.
