Average stay
Our stay was fine and the rooms clean, check in staff were good and so were the cleaning staff. Unfortunately the breakfast let us down, the breakfast was very average and bland. On Christmas day we arrived at breakfast at 9:30am and were turned away by the staff at the breakfast area who advised us that the breakfast time had changed but we were not given any notice when checking in or in our room. We felt very dissapoint especially on christmas day when we expected a lovely special breakfast with our family. They eventually let us in but they packed away the food as we dished our food and we felt so badly treated and rushed. Not sure i would stay here again or book my staff here again.

Fantastic.
Loved the theme set throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. People went out of their way to see if you needed anything. Loved the cleanliness and attention to detail.
