Just a 2-minute drive to backcountry skiing, hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; 35 minutes to Burlington and the shore of Lake Champlain. This property shares a driveway with a separate garage apartment.

We didn't realize there was a nice rocky creek running right in front of this property, which was both beautiful to see, but also so nice to listen to at night. Really lovely location with a nice hike up the road.

We enjoyed sitting out at night on the screened in porch while it rained outside. Then fell asleep at night with the sound of a babbling brook on two sides of the property! We even got a double rainbow directly over Mt. Mansfield. Great place to be away from it all.
