Wonderful clean and cozy cottage. Adorable styling and perfect rustic ambiance. Every detail is perfect. It does not have a full kitchen which was fine for us since we only needed the fridge and coffee/tea. Just lovely inside and out. Hope to visit again! Thank you
The stone cottage is an incredibly charming and interesting structure, and we had a delightful stay. Do note that it does not have a full kitchen -- though we made out just fine with the coffee maker, toaster, fridge, and microwave that are provided.
We loved the cottage, it was absolutely adorable. We unfortunately only needed a place to sleep for the night, so we were sad we didn't have more time to enjoy it!
The cottage is exactly like the pictures and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and appreciated the details such as games, coffee/tea and outdoor picnic table.
Very clean, cozy, rustic, safe and remote place to stay. Perfect place to relax but close enough to explore the area. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend it.
Great little place for an overnight stay. The cottage is as cute as can be. Itâs on the same property close to the main house but is private enough.
Sure, no running water and the shower is tiny but it was a fun, cozy cottage. Totally worth the stay and the riverside bar/restaurant in Port Deposit was fantastic as well as a pub along the Main Street. Live music at both places.
Thanks for hosting us!
This is a beautiful renovation of an old building. Very clean and nicely decorated. I don't think i fully grasped the sleeping arrangements from the listing. From the pics the 2 twins in the office appeared to be 2 twins together as if made up as a king. Its a day bed and a trundle. Which is fine the listing says twins and a queen. If you get up at all during the night I would not recommend this. It requires climbing up and down a ladder, which I am physically able to do easily but in the dark at night trying not to wake others up, not so much. Again the building and renovation is gorgeous its just wasn't practical for our purposes. There is a kitchen but no kitchen sink. There is a tub/shower but it was so tiny we did not use it. The neighbor is quite. Grounds are gorgeous, couches and beds are comfortable. Local restaurant on the water was awesome.
