Great spot to stay. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived, our room was ready. Dining facilities were wonderful. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.
A real gem of a spot to stay!!!
We enjoyed wonderful hospitality, and great advice on what to see on Manitoulin Island. We will definitely stay there again if we are using the ferry from South Baymouth on Manitoulin Island.

This stay was exceptional. The hosts took such care for comfort in the room. I loved the aesthetic. The bed was the best I’ve had, not just in a motel, but in a stay. I was worried about the proximity to the highway (just for noise) but the new windows really masked the noise. I’m so pleased and will rave this motel. We had a couple of crummy stays along our route and the shower I had when we arrived here was so nice. We will be back!
It is a cozy motel, rooms very nicely renovated. Bed was a king and so comfortable and I wanted to take the pillows home with me they were so awesome. It is a family run motel , such a charming couple and their son. Extremely welcoming and helpful. The restaurant and bar will be open next week, we will be back, can’t wait!! Highly recommend!!
It was the beginning of the season, so I would give them some slack, but there was no offer to restock towels , coffee pods or toilet paper for our second day stay. I asked for it, and they gave us towels and toilet paper. We didn’t need room cleaning between days, but it seems that is customary in other places where we stayed. Overall it was not a bad stay.
