Great breakfast, comfortable bed

Urbana has the best Continental breakfast layout than any other hotel at this price point. Orange juice was real and delicious. 5 different cereal choices, little muffins, bread and bagel choices, and quality waffle maker and mix. Fresh fruit. Plenty of seating and table space. Not crowded together, but properly spaced. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet location. The only 2 negatives were no jumping in the pool and dirty towels hanging in the bathroom door when we checked in.

Appreciation

I want to express my appreciation. I have asthma. When I came in on Friday evening you are hit with a strong air freshener smell. It smelled good but for people with allergies and breathing problems it was too much. I explained it to housekeeping and they unplugged it and I was able to enjoy my stay.

We were in a room booked for three. We had two wash clothes, one shampoo, one conditioner, and no wastebasket in the bathroom. The place needs a major update. Won’t stay there again.

Bring your own pillow

The room was good for the little time we spent there. Would 10/10 recommend bringing your own pillows. The pillows that they have in the rooms absolutely horrible they are like sleeping on a giant bolder.

Wonderful!

Great experience! Modern hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Excellent condition and a great price. Fantastic continental breakfast with widest range of offerings including waffles we've encountered on a month long trip. Beautiful view of a working hay field out the back window. Highly recommend.
