Hayal kırıklığı

Otelde 3 gece konakladık. Odamız çok çok küçüktü ve buz gibiydi. Eda Hanım bizi bir saat içinde daha büyük bir odaya aldı ancak oda soğukluğu konusu aynıydı hatta daha da kötü oldu çünkü büyük odanın ısınması daha zor oldu. Bunların üstüne sıcak su, duş almak istenmeyecek şekilde ılıktı. Oda sıcaklığı ve sıcak su konusu ancak ikinci gece “bu fiyattaki bir odada” olması gerektiği duruma geldi. Otelde yemek yemeğe karar vererek de çok büyük bir hata yaptık, orası da 3-5 derecelerde olan dış ısıdan pek farklı değildi. Bizimle temasta olan çalışanlar memnuniyetimiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ama bizim görmediğimiz görevliler için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Aynı şekilde, ertesi sabah kahvaltımız da montlarımızla yapıldı. İlk gece biz oteldeki tek müşteriydik ve bunun bedelini ödedik, donduk. Sonraki günler gelen grup sayesinde biraz sıcaktan nasibimizi alabildik. Yani kıssadan hisse, siz siz olun kışın eğer kalabalık bir grup olarak konaklamayacaksanız riske girmeyin zira bizim gibi tek müşteri olursanız masraf edip odayı suyu restoranı ısıtmaya gerek duymuyorlar.
