The Location was excellent very close to the port, most of the downtown area was within walking distance. The room was ample and provided us with what we needed. Breakfast was good with fruit, a variety of bread and pastry, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs Bacon.

The room I was in was very noisy you could hear everyone passing by and you could hear the conversation of the people next door. There was no hot water in the shower.

Our room was spacious, the bathroom was great and very clean. Breakfast was quite good too. Location is great, close to everything. I would give this hotel 5 stars except for the fact that the floors in the corridors and rooms are all hard, and there is a 3cm gap under the bedroom door. As a result all the noises from the corridor can be heard in the room. This includes people walking, talking, and the noise of suitcases being rolled along

A localização beira a perfeição, mais central impossível e em frente ao porto. As áreas comuns são muito bem conservadas e o quarto em que ficamos era muito bom, espaçoso e bem equipado (só poderia ter uma vista melhor). Tem piscina/jacuzzi bem conveniente. O café da manhã é simples, deixa um pouco a desejar. O serviço é eficiente, mas um pouco "frio".

O elevador é antigo e restrito e os banheiros tem meia-porta no box o que causa muita molhadeira no piso. Fora estes detalhes foi tudo excelente. Boa localização, confortável e com uma piscina/jacuzzi maravilhosa. Recomendo!

This hotel was very clean and modern located right near the port. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. The advertised pool and spa had very limited hours due to the holidays which was a little disappointing. The other important thing to mention is often when you book through Expedia the hotel often assigns you the least desirable rooms. This happened in our case as we were assigned the room right next to the elevator. Besides that, the hotel is a really great choice.

I stayed at Canal Beagle on my return from an Antartica 10 day cruise. The reception clerk was nice and went out of her way. However the room smelled, I used my travel size Lysol continuously even after opening window and curtain to let it air out. I don’t know if it was from previous guest or the sheets were not dried properly, I couldn’t tell. Also for the rate they charge, I think they can afford retouching paint in the hallway as you come out of the elevator, in spite of the traffic they get to keep it fresh and taken care of.
