What a lovely property, an AMAZING breakfast! Unfortunately we did not get to actually stay at the hotel. For some reason the hotel did not receive our reservation despite the fact that Travelocity said it was confirmed. However, the Menzhausen employees were wonderful, and were able to find our family of seven rooms at another hotel 5 minutes away. Thanks to Johanning Gasthaus for accommodating our family at such short notice at 20;00 hours!!

Nice hotel but room a bit compact
Nice hotel, good breakfast but the room was of the minimum size for a double. It is also the only place I have ever been that charges for in-room tea and coffee.

Lovely hotel
Beautiful hotel with clean attractive rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant very good and I was lucky to arrive during the season for forest mushrooms! Only negative was noise level of traffic in the evenings and night.
