Gross & paper thin

I’ll start with the 1 positive- as a woman it’s sketchy checking into hotels especially when men are by the counter however Theresa understood the assignment and made sure to not announce my room info or vehicle info. Now immediately it’s downhill from there room #126… DOES NOT LATCH PROPERLY!!! I literally would have to push and pull it to click closed. Then walking over to the bed I was met by the permanent tenant aka big spider. Whilst looking up to ask god if he is indeed messing with me, the red tinted ceiling stain greets me like ‘no jokes here’ Not pictured was the self tanner stained pillow. The dog poop stained rug and scratched up furniture. My biggest problem- I was in a bottom level room and at 1:04 AM Mr & Mrs BIGFOOT checked in and woke me up to what I’m pretty sure was bowling… at least that’s what they’re luggage and dog running and jumping all over sounded like… called the front desk, NO HELP. It carried on into 4-5am. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

Love the people who work at reception desk, always kind and accommodating. I stay there when travelling on business and room is always great, breakfast is very good and free and no complaints at all.

Look like they haven’t deep cleaned anything in a very long time. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The noise between the highway and the train made it impossible to sleep. Staff was courteous, helpful and polite.

Great location for a quick layover and n our way to Buffalo. Office staff very nice, several choices for continental breakfast items that were fresh and tables/ area super clean! The rooms may need a little more cleaning, dusty cable on hair dryer noted, dust on towel rod, etc. but overall a decent stay for a decent price. Would come back

The lobby reeked of smoke at check in. The room was decent sized, and clean. The bathroom was tiny. The room needed to have more/better lighting and rhe hotel definitely needed updating
