This peaceful spot is one acre right on the Sabinal River with access to 600 ft of river bank. Lots of deer, birds and fireflys. Tons of Perch in the river, so bring some light fishing gear for the kids.
14 mi to Garner State Park and the Frio river. 14 mi to Lost Maples State Natural Area.
Just outside of Utopia TX for quick access to grocery store, restaurant and local artisan shops.
Enjoy sitting out back with a fire in the pit and listening to the frogs chirp as the sun sets on the other side of the Sabinal river.

Utopia Stay

Walter was a very gracious and kind host who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay!
Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2024
