6 ski areas in the immediate vicinity. 2 minutes walk to the center of the village. Uttendorf Dorfmitte has 2 supermarkets, doctor, savings bank and Raiffeisen bank, sports shops with ski equipment rental, bars, 2 bakery shops and restaurants.
Apartment Chalet Anna is in Chalet Anna and has a beautiful view of the mountains. To the south you have a view of the Stubach Valley with the Weissee Glacier where you can ski in winter and in summer it is great for hiking.

Toller Ausgangspunkt!

In der Gesamtbewertung waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Dennoch mĂŒssen wir anmerken, dass fĂŒr unseren Geschmack die Matratzen zu hart waren. Ansonsten gab es in der Wohnung alles was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht. Schade war jedoch, dass die angegebene Sauna, der Gemeinschaftspool und der Whirlpool nicht im Haus waren. Dazu musste man ein Spa besuchen. Die Angaben der Anzeige waren hier etwas irrefĂŒhrend.

Ein toller Urlaub

Wir hatten mit unseren 2 Kindern, 9 und 14, einen tollen Urlaub. In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und die Vermieter waren immer zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gab. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub.

Von der Wohnung fĂ€hrt man zwar etwa 20 min ins nĂ€chste Schigebiet, dafĂŒr hat man dann aber die Wahl zwischen vier unterschiedlichen Schigebieten. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles top top.

Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, viele Kleinigkeiten wie GewĂŒrze und Kaffee sind bereits vorhanden, weitere Standard-KĂŒchenutensilien ebenfalls. Die Lage im Tal ist perfekt fĂŒr die Erreichbarkeit von mehreren Skigebieten: Schmittenhöhe, Kitzski, Wildkogel, Kapruner Gletscher... Great value for apartment size and position

This is a large unpretentious apartment with two very large bedrooms and a cosy kitchen with everything you could need for cooking. The position is ideal for exploring the Pinzetal side of the Hohe Tauern National Park and within 30 minutes (via tunnel) of the other side. There are some lovely hikes around the area. We avoided going in the direction of Zell am See due to the traffic there, but any towns/ hikes in direction Mittersill were easy and quick to reach. There is a large Spar store about 5 minutes away and also a wonderful bakery (close to Spar). We were concerned about how close the apartment was to the main road (given how sound sensitive we are), but you can’t see it or hear it and the air was wonderful and fresh. The view from the apartment is super and it was very pleasant dealing with the owners.
