This should be the problem raised by Hotel.com

Hotels.com with the hotel have some payment issue. When I check in the hotel front desk staff said that i need to pay for this trip, however, I already fully paid when i booked the hotel. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that. Also due to Hotel restaurant was closed due to undergoing some changes. But i paid extra for the 2 days breakfast and i asked the hotel staff and they said i can request for the refund with Hotel.com. I informed the staff of Hotel.com and she said need time to check and reply....so that i still waiting for their reply and refund.
